The 2023 5678 Dance Centre Recital is taking place at The Act Arts Centre in Maple Ridge. Rehearsal and photos will also be taking place at The Act.

There will be a performance fee of $12 per student charged in June to cover Videography, Photography and other performance costs.

​

Rehearsal/Photos Date: Thursday, June 29th between 5:00 & 8:30 pm (emails will be sent with your time slot) Please wear your costume to rehearsal with your hair done as required! Dancers will be getting their photos taken in the studio room before heading the the stage for rehearsal.

Recital Date: Friday, June 30th

Show 1: 5:00 to 6:30pm (please arrive between 4:15 - 4:30)

Show 2: 7:30 to 9:00pm (please arrive at 7:00pm)

Where can I purchase tickets? Tickets will be available June 1st, online at The Act Website,

in person at The Act Box Office, or by phone 604.476.2787. Reserved seating is in effect, so get your tickets early to get the best seats in the house! Tickets will limited to 3 per family for Show 1 and 6 per family for Show 2 (for the first week of sales).

Do kids need tickets? The ACT requires that any child that can walk needs their own seat and ticket. A "babe in arms" does not require a ticket.

​

How much are tickets? Tickets are $25 for adults and $20 for Seniors & Children. If you have students in both shows, complimentary tickets will be available for the 2nd show. Please check with us.

​

What should I bring? A water bottle for your dancer. Come dressed in your costume (with hair/makeup done as required). Don't forget to bring your other costumes if you are in more than one number. 

​

Where do I park? There is underground parking available as well as parking outside of Walmart if you wish to walk over.

​

Where do I go? All dancers should head to the "Dancer Waiting Area" upon arrival to meet up with the other dancers in their number. We will have volunteers and runners keeping an eye on the younger groups and keeping things flowing.

​

Can I record or take pictures? We ask that you refrain from recordings or picture taking during performances as it can be distracting for the dancers and people around you. There will be a professional videographer on-site getting all of the dances on camera for you to re-watch later!

​

Do I have to stay for the entire show? We encourage everyone to support our dancers and their hard work all season by staying for the entire show, plus you won't want to miss our epic finale dance! We do understand however that you may have to leave early, especially if you have a younger dancer!
