Olivia Morandin

Olivia has dedicated her life to the art of dance since the age of 3, and is continuing to contribute to the dance community post-graduation.

Growing up as a highly competitive dancer, Olivia was training over thirty hours a week and specializing in genres including contemporary, ballet, pointe, jazz, and lyrical. She has studied the ballet methods of Cecchetti, RAD and ISTD, completing her intermediate, advanced one, and advanced two ballet examinations with high marks, and is currently striving for her Cecchetti Associate Teacher’s Certification.

Known for her distinctive movement quality, technical excellence, versatility, and attention to detail, Olivia is using her expertise to teach and pass down knowledge to the younger generations of dancers, as well as train to pursue a professional career in contemporary dance. She is now training at Modus Operandi in Vancouver to continue to improve and learn.

Having worked with many renowned educators and choreographers within Canada and America, Olivia has a deep understanding of dance that she yearns to share with audiences and dancers growing up in the industry.

Olivia also carries a background in film and television. She is represented by daCosta Talent Agency in Vancouver and has booked jobs in acting and background dancing.

She holds immense passion for the support and mental well-being of her students, always creating an environment where dancers are free to be themselves, stand up for themselves and feel safe at the studio.
